So your claim would also be a good move if you're scum, yes? Second counterclaim in my mind is tricky. As scum, it is not the brightest idea but could work I suppose. A third miller tries to show the game that more than 1 miller setup is probably likely and Miller's = Vanillas. (Which right now has no Vanillas claimed). So, scum claiming it there could pass off as Town but at the expense of possibly making two Town look good before him. Secondly, a third claim into Miller starts to look opportunistic on the other hand. Especially, just because it is the latest one and people will assume you saw the others before claiming it. This is how DYL got lynched as Town Miller being the third claim of Miller in Wrestling Mafia. Depends how you look at it.
