Third, thousands of emails were deleted even after her server was subpoenaed and we're still not sure as to the contents. As for Trump's phone, that's for Twitter. I'm not sure what state secrets you expect are vulnerable on that, but whatever they are they're more vulnerable for being posted on his Twitter feed.
