For her to delete her e-mails she would have had to know she was getting hacked in advance. You're actually implying she went out of her way to stage her own hack, and there's no probable cause for that considering it hurt her popularity. Even if she was just smart and didn't keep the dirty stuff on file, the burden of proof is on you. It's literally "the e-mails!" "What e-mails?" "The e-mails she deleted! Lock her up!" ...
