Cobb doesn't play you drive erratically you get pulled over. Far to many deaths from people driving off the road lately. Drugs or no drugs she did to my knowledge go over the line without an excuse like debris in the road or something.

An old man fell asleep at the wheel, and drove on the sidewalk a few weeks ago killing a lady, not to forget the time a few months ago a driver drove off the road straight into a bus stop bench full of people killing at least one of them.

She may not have had drugs in her system, and shouldn't be charged with it, but she was driving erratically for some reason which could be viewed as reckless endangerment.

That's fine and all, still no excuse to arrest her unless she admitted to being sleepy. She passed the blow test and all other tests. Well, all tests except this piece of shit's "expert judgment"
