Topic	This cop dubbed the 'drug whisperer' says fuck innocent until proven guilty

The cop was like you know it's illegal to be homeless in public, and the guy was like I didn't know that was a crime now. The cop said well it is. thats when, as a cop, you gotta question what you're doing. To be fair if I was homeless I would rather be in jail roof over your head, meals, and medical. Not all good no but better than the streets imo. The only issue with that is unless you're strong enough to defend yourself you're going to be a target.
