Behaviorism 05/12/17 9:48:20 PM #7:	How do people afford houses? After my rent, bills, food? Etc I almost break even. How the hell am I suppose to save up for down payment, closing costs, inspection, insurance, etc. I took a homeowners class and they said just buy choosing am $80,000 house and only putting down 4%, after everything is said and down(with the rest of the fees) I'll still need about $13,000 upfront.
