It's pretty fuckin' dumb that because jackasses buying homes don't want to buy a home nearby a person who doesn't mow their lawn every other week so we have to make actual fucking laws against it. That's stupid. That's why I'm looking at property that isn't the middle of the bumfuck suburbs with an HOA.
