Point was folk who make general statements about how teens are act like teens are some foreign concept and they were never teens themselves. Not only that but some of the gals are worse then some of the boys so to specifically say "teen boys" is strange. On that note this article actually fails to realise that some gals are attracted to other gals too so it's not just a 'distraction for horny boys'. Saying that would go against the point in this article though.
