it super is!

you chop up a large onion, throw it into the crockpot, empty a can of cream of chicken/celery/mushroom and mix it in with the onions so you have a layer of onions.

then you layer in three or four chops depending on size, and empty another can of your cream of whatever on top, repeat.

stir every couple hours, and sear the chops before putting them in for more flavor.

serve over or with mashed potatoes. the shit's so tender you can cut the chops just by looking at them
i prefer loin chops, cut from the middle-ish area of the tenderloin, just for consistency. you don't have two different cuts of meat on there. you can use generally any boneless chop, though. avoid chops with bones at all costs though, because they'll splinter in the crockpot and it's not a good time. it does make it taste richer, but it's not worth the potential disaster of chomping into a bone sliver.
