No. Lex Joker was at least in the "so bad it's entertaining" category. There's absolutely nothing redeeming about the Joker in SS. he wasn't entertaining, though. But he really was. Harley, deadshot, diablo, flag and Cpt. Boomerange were better but he was far better than Literally everyone from BvS except Gal Gadot. At least he took his own spin and made the unhinged aspect believable and entertaining.
