I liked the first two Dark Souls games, but I didn't feel that they were anything that special. maybe it's because I played through Demon's Souls first, idk. anyway, Bloodborne​'s weird mix of horror, sci-fi, and mystery combined with the mechanics of the Souls games really appealed to me. --- ...
