Funny this study was used in Utah. Try this in a city with crime issues like Chicago or Baltimore.
The issues will go down significantly. If people aren't afraid of the cops shooting them, they won't be afraid of talking to the cops. The "no snitching" mentality will slowly disappear, hatred against cops will go down, and everything will become happy and peaceful.

Here in Canada we're not scared of cops killing us, therefore we get along better with them.
Look in any country where cops don't kill people - the amount of cops killed falls proportionately
