As far as America is concerned, whenever there's a dress code established, you should assume the standard was based within the realm of what's reasonably attainable for a white person. Black hair & the fact it doesn't naturally conform to White America aesthetics is a constant issue for blacks whether it be socially or professionally. The "style" they're looking for can be attained, but it usually takes time and/or money to do so. --- Remember kids, it's only an RPG until someone gets hit with a meteor; Then it's a JRPG!
