Secondly, the fact that he put his own crappy games in with your stuff seems to suggest that maybe he just is thinking of it as a "community" game center and he's "borrowed" your games. This would be your best case scenario, as it would mean when you confront him about it, he'd probably just act like an innocent idiot and he'd give you your things back.
