Try this shake to start off your morning TC:

8oz spinach
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 scoops protein powder
1 tablespoon MCT oil
1 tablespoon butter
pinch of salt
12oz almond milk or water

I drink this sumbitch in the morning and ain't hungry again until late evening when it's dinner time.

what does it taste like?

Honestly it just tastes like a rich thick peanut butter shake. You don't taste the spinach at all which is good for me, because I hate spinach and this is a good way for me to get some in me.
