On one hand the additional security that will probably be there at this concert and the higher alert level these days is likely to put off potential attackers from even trying. It's easier for them to catch people when they're not expecting it and they know it. On the other hand it would be a huge middle finger to everyone if they somehow manage to do it again which gives them additional incentive to do it despite the risk.
