Topic	just watched john wick. probably the biggest overreaction in fiction?

The guy fell in love with a woman that made him want to change his entire life. She didn't die suddenly, she suffered for who knows how long with a terminal illness. Before she died, she gifted him a puppy so that he wouldn't be alone and shut himself away emotionally. She basically gave him a gift posthumously. Some punks broke into his home, beat him, killed the last thing his wife gave him, stole his car, and smashed up, presumably, his wife's car. Considering his skillset, I think it was completely warranted.
