"Why can't blacks let whites have this ONE THING and just sit at the back of the bus?" Probably because at the time white people had many more than "one thing" to themselves. Also men weren't second-class citizens entitled only to inferior services. Just like women have more than just "one thing" to themselves: * Preferential treatment in all levels of schooling * Affirmative action and greater access to college scholarships * Less likely to be the victim of a violent crime * Jobs are less dangerous * Lower risk of suicide, depression, and substance abuse * Longer life expectancy * If convicted of a crime, will receive a fraction of the sentence a man would receive * Vastly greater treatment in divorce proceedings Oh, and don't forget women-only movie screenings. --- ()_() Hardcore - We'll probably be modded for this...
