Call it defensive or whatever the hell you want, I couldn't care less. That does nothing to take away from the point I'm making in any way whatsoever.

You got all pissy because you thought my comment was directed towards you, when it was a general observation.

First off, you're dead wrong on what you said there. Plenty of people on the Switch board hype up the competitive aspect. Not sure how you don't know that unless you really haven't been there much.

Of course they would. Do I expect to see ARMS at EVO anytime soon because of the competitive aspect? Probably not. There's no one best way to play it and that's gonna hurt.

Second, that still does nothing to deter from the fact that it's still a fighting game, and one that plays really well and is supposed to be pushed by Nintendo as a competitive fighting game. Like I said before, I think it has no chance of taking off, but that doesn't make it not a fighting game for some reason.

Okay, okay, I don't know where you got the idea that I'm on some crusade to discredit ARMS. It's just the least interesting fighting game to me right now, even with the Testpunch.
