Once a guy's 6'0", most women can't tell the difference.
And the ones who can and obsess over it should be ditched anyway.

A 6'0" could easily claim to be 6'2" for years and most of his dates would never know, partly because most of them would likely be shorter themselves.


After the revelation, many women would just roll with it if the guy was attractive in other ways and 6'0" is not commonly considered short. This isn't like a straight guy finding out his "barren" wife of 8 years was secretly trans. Most women are not going to flip out and separate from a 6'0" guy just because he's 2 inches shorter in standing height then they originally thought. His height still begins with a 6, he's still above average in most places.
