This is something where we feel like the precedent could stand to use a change. What use do we the admin team have for quitters? None whatsoever. It feels wrong to reward them with wins in case something breaks the wrong way for the other team (got owned by shellmaggeddon for example). We'd rather the guy who's there get a reward for activity. This is obviously dependent on the quit's circumstances to a point - if somebody quit because they were going crazy from the stress we might use the bormina rule - but in this situation it was just a ragequit.
