what about Lyme disease makes you think it's not natural

I just read some of this

and a bunch of stuff here suggests it predates the concept of labs, like this part:

The 2010 autopsy of Ötzi the Iceman, a 5,300-year-old mummy, revealed the presence of the DNA sequence of Borrelia burgdorferi making him the earliest known human with Lyme disease

do you think that's like... faked to cover up the secret Lyme disease plot?

edit: looking into it a bit more, I guess the basis of the "it's manufactured" theory is the proximity of Lyme town or whatever to the Plum Island facility
