Topic	Should people that say the "n" word be prosecuted?

Like, holy shit, most of the times it's used back home it has absolutely nothing to do with black people. It's like the C word, it's used so much that it has an entirely different meaning up there. As a special note, I recognize that not ALL of New England, nor all people from Boston, use those words on a regular basis or with the 'changed meaning' I described. I also recognize that just because the word is used differently back there, that doesn't make it okay to use it and fall back on that as an excuse for being racist. Same in NYC. Especially the hoods (which is not just black people). They look at you funny if you're not using the word while everyone around you is. --- It all just disappears, doesn't it?
