It should go without saying that DUH its never acceptable to think you should kill off the entirety of one race, but you really think it should be a crime for liking an extreme post?

Probably not. But I could at least understand that being a crime, especially in Europe since they're justifiably a bit more touchy about inciting violence towards a minority group based on events of the past...
But simply "slandering" someone by calling them a racist (well, indirectly, in fact...) is especially stupid to penalize someone for. And then you add the fact that the target of the supposed slander...WAS convicted for being a racist! Yes, a long time ago, but like I said...finding someone criminally guilty is supposed to be a higher bar than "we're not sure, it could be argued either way if he's right..."
