Not really, since they don't undo anything that happens other than the deaths of the three mains. All the Operators and such are still dead. Plus, the most advanced machines left the planet, which is guaranteed to change things.

Pod states that it could go either way. They're still the same personalities they were, but the variables have changed from before and some of the 'rules' chaining them down have been effectively nuked. Maybe they'll start it all over again. Maybe they won't. Interviews with Yoko Taro reinforce this - he refuses to answer what happens after the credits roll and wants people to come to their own conclusions. It's whatever ending you want/think it to be. ---
