A paramedic intern witnessed him doing it and blew the whistle on him. They said he was sticking his hands down her shirt and then pulled on her right breast out of her bra while she was strapped to a gurney and completely unresponsive to pain and verbal commands. He then returned the breast to its original position and told the intern "Sorry man, i had to do it" The teen was questioned when she awoke and although her eyes were closed, she could hear and feel what had happened.
