Which is certainly a likely conclusion, especially since you can seem in otherwise good shape and develop one via a blood pressure issue. Mead posted... Seem to be able to read and write ok, but speech just isn't making sense to me for the most part. I can hear the words just fine but it's like they don't make it from my ears to my mind so I can't make sense of them. Everything feels strange now.
