I just drink whatever feels like enough. I'm pretty sure the "eight glasses" or "two liters" or whatever they tell you is a myth. If I had to guess, I'd say I probably drink 48-60 oz on a typical day, and that seems like enough. I know it doesn't sound like much, but my pee is usually a decent color - not totally clear, but not super yellow either. Of course, if I exercise that day it's probably significantly higher.
