No B & R was doo doo I'd agree that B & R was terrible, but I easily rate Batman Forever over Batman Returns, and occasionally, depending on my mood, over the original Tim Burton Batman as well. Though even at the time, I barely considered ANY of those movies actual Batman movies. Tim Burton's mostly seemed like his usual goth masturbatory nonsense just with Batman in it, while Schumacher's films were more like "Gay Mardi Gras - with special guest star, Batman!" The only reason people love '89 Batman was Jack Nicholson as the Joker, and he wasn't even really playing the Joker as much as he was playing "coked up Jack Nicholson who does not give a single fuck" (which, admittedly, can be pretty entertaining). --- "Wall of Text'D!" --- oldskoolplayr76 "POwned again." --- blight family ...
