I'm only up to chapter 14 so without spoiling the end can someone confirm whether this was the game I was thinking of?

Spoilers for either Spec Ops or some random game I'm confusing it with

I remember reading a story on Wiki where the ending was that the whole thing was a war criminal reliving his crimes over and over again as some kind of sci-fi punishment. The reason I thought that this may be the game is because Walker says "this again?" when you redo the helicopter scene. I also heard someone say "Spec Ops' story may as well be MGS2"

So without spoiling it, can you guys just answer yes or no? And if no, what story am I thinking of?
