Came to starbucks, getting 4.5 MB/s. 30x faster than my home internet. I've often found I can access library wi-fi networks or Starbucks wi-fi networks, even when the places are closed. Just sit outside one of them,and do your downloading connecting to that wi-fi network. Some of the Starbucks in my area (maybe all of them?) turn their wifi off while they're closed.
