These Florida topics always trigger me because you can guarantee every time a Florida topic is made, people are going to hate on Florida when it's not even that bad.

I've lived here for 5 years now. I regularly get sent around the states with work and the vast majority of places are way worse than Florida. And I know that isn't just my opinion as we fly new employees in from all states to be trained by me and the same question comes up from new hires every single class. 'Can I transfer to Florida in future?'

Yeah, same.

I lived 27 years thinking Florida was shit because of its reputation, then I was forced to move here and it's pretty nice.

Sure, humidity sucks, but I grew up in Northern Indiana and the Summers are just as muggy, except we didn't have the white sand beaches 5 minutes away.
