So putting them on the streets will make them say "Hey..I'm gonna top taking the easy route and get a job...we all know how easy it is for homeless people to get a job"...No, they're probably going to resort to the crime even harder to make more money. I can see here your logic is trying to go but it relies on a heavy amount of "best case scenario"...its not going to happen the way you think it will....and don't give me this "one bad apple" bull shit...that bad apple likely won't change and will continue dabbling in crime...all you do in that situation is hurt the others for no reason other than greed.
