Given that a solid chunk of every new generation is nothing but legendaries, I've soured on the concept and it takes a special Pokemon to make me like it. Magearna is not that Pokemon. Its design is hideous, and it's not even a unique typing. No, we already have TWO Steel/Fairy Pokemon. We don't need some bullshit EVENT legendary that covers a pre-existing type. Get the fuck outta here with that shit. This thing is just Diancie all over again, without the dumb fucking decision to make it a Mega Evolution as well. I know we already have two previous Steel/Fairy Pokemon, but neither of them play similarly to Magearna. Mawile is a physical attacker, Klefki is a support Pokemon, and Magearna is a special attacker. That's three different Pokemon that just happen to share the exact same typing. In any case, we'll eventually run out of unused type combinations.
