I've mentioned it before. My primary issue is people not knowing or understanding the legal definition of murder. I'm also of the opinion that people are quick to judge these days and form opinions out of emotion rather than logic or reason. Being a supporter of true equality, I do doubt anyone would be talking about this if the victim weren't a minority - not that it matters, but that's my point exactly. I'm sure some will label me as a racist because of this, but in reality what I'm doing is looking at each situation individually and focusing on the details of the case - NOT the person's race and his or her culture's history.


Once more someone defending this shit. Suggesting that the victim should have gone thru an unwritten protocol, while the police breaks protocol and murders the man.
