| Peridiam 06/27/17 2:59:24 PM #39: | When I lived abroad, I learned that needing a car to get anywhere was quite an 'Americanism'. I mean, I kinda knew it's very commonplace in the US, but then going to another country for a few years and experiencing it firsthand put owning and requiring a car to get anywhere into perspective. I also love driving, but I also loved not needing to drive. Although it helped that Prague has an amazing metro and tram system - cheap, efficient, clean, and always on time.
