Topic	It's a little after 10PM here and I had a sweet tooth. Guess what I made?

When my sweet tooth struck last night, I decided my Subway cookie wasn't good enough, so I slapped together a cherry compote and put that on some ice cream, crumbled the cookie over top of it, and added whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
