fps will never be a priority for devs because it requires a lot of effort to achieve, maybe a graphical downgrade, and for most games it's not something sexy you can market like "4k."

gears of war 4 has its multiplayer running at a consistent 60fps, and it honestly makes a huge difference when you go from the 30fps horde/campaign the 60fps competitive multiplayer. only people that dont care about the frame rate are the ones who honestly don't know any better

I meant for this game. I don't know how many games will be 60fps next gen, or if the CPU upgrade will affect the percentage of 60fps games at all.
