It's impossible go run on modern pc, and the ps1 version is just as shitty about load times but with a controller. With dpad only because pre dual shock. So no. Seriously, any half decent squad with unity skills can probably make it happen with propper experience and funding. Think about if obsidian did it, and it was successful on steam enough to warrant a new game in that style. That would be badass as tits. It'd be better than nothing.
