Just put into prison where he can't hurt anyone else due to his MULTIPLE cases is stupidity. I don't know how you think your friend killing the person in cold blood is even remotely comparable. No one is saying illegal murder from a third party is anywhere close to a solution. Furthermore, speaking of multiple cases, sounds like you're forgetting this guy has multiple DUI cases and is known for selling drugs. Clearly this isn't any minor mistake, and probably would do it again if he didn't get caught. Additionally, don't think you're the only one who lost someone to drunk driving. I have a cousin who was just going home from her job at Disney and was killed because of a drunk driver.
