He got audited recently by labor and industry and for the stuff they managed to find he owes them 16 grand 0_0. It's all on him since my name isn't attached to anything and I could be a dick and tell him to get fucked, but since we did everything 65/35 I agreed to pay 35% of the fine ($5600) to be fair to him.
