Brad is surprised there is still a fandom which is valid given his reasoning: there hasn't been a high profile Castlevania game in over 6 years, and fandoms do wither without new games. Look at Half-Life. Although, Jeff does just dismiss the series outside the first three and SotN. Which is unusually shortsighted.
