For starters, eating before bed is not a good thing to do anyway. Can lead to weight gain if you eat before bed. (By contrast, you can eat supposedly "unhealthy" food like bacon in the morning for breakfast as you'll burn it all off before sleeping).

For another thing...I don't really have the same experience as you. If I do eat a bunch before bed, I wake up still feeling full. So...not sure, really. That sounds weird.

I would be worried about this, but I am 120 lbs, 5 foot 10, at 26 y/o.
