Immigrants commit crimes at a lower rate than natural born Americans because they know if they get caught they're going back to the place they tried to escape.

There's a wall already and drugs still get through. The cartels have tunnels and catapults and a whole host of other ways to get past the current wall. If you think a new wall will stop drugs and drug usage you're living in a fantasy.
