Broadchurch star Jodie Whittaker has been cast as the new Doctor Who and the 13th Time Lord has DIVIDED FANS as many have called this "political correctness" while others applaud the decision to finally make a change!! Well she's attractive and can act so that's pretty much all I'm concerned about. I don't actually think it was specified anywhere that it had to be a white male so if it's canon, no big deal. If anything, she's a far better choice than Kris marshall and Olivia coleman is wrong for a more modern/mature doc so if that was the 3 top choices, I think the picked the right one. I don;t get all the butthurt, it's only for a year or so on average and I don't get saying it's going to be terrible straight off-you don;t actually know until she's actually done a few eps lol --- Mod me?
