It gives bonuses for returning characters and unlocks a secret character you won't want to miss. I downloaded an end game file off this website and put it on my memory card using an old save file transfer device that action replay made. It's an ancient usb dongle you plug your man card into and then your pc. You can also take your saves off and hex edit them if you're so inclined. It works for ps2 and ps1 cards lol. --- ...
