Teachers have so much shit to deal with and they don't get enough appreciation, but judging from her rotten, pompous attitude, I'd say she deserves it. If you're a teacher, then you need to be as objective as possible to the point where no one should even know where you stand politically. I'd say it's highly unlikely given her little rant here she wasn't spewing her anti-trump nonsense to the point of nauseam all year.
