If you wanted a precision rifle, go with a AR platform based rifle.

Good thing we're talking about the AK-74, which has MOA ratings comparable to the AR platform.

Seriously, bull-pup sucks for most uses and there isn't much reason to adapt your AK-74 into one. A standard legal pattern won't have any noticeable accuracy difference despite the extra barrel length because, for accuracy, a barrel length only needs to be long enough to sufficiently accelerate the bullet--And with an intermediate cartridge, that is not an very long requirement at all. Additional length beyond that can in fact negatively impact accuracy by affecting barrel harmonics and vibration at the muzzle (Though this is not a simple phenomenon to measure).
