Topic	Man violently stabs complete stranger AGAIN for no reason.

It was just last week a woman confessed to killing her husband and was rejected 3 times by the police who sent her home. So are you saying that many people are being stabbed in Tokyo one is reporting it? I thought stories like that are a result of crime being so low. I'm saying we don't know what the real crimerate is.
