HaRRicH 07/25/17 2:23:25 PM #7:	Microsoft should have made a killing with its leadership and loyalty in the way of online console gaming on the 360, but their incredible arrogance from the moment the Xbone was announced crippled them. This damaged the PS3 too in a way that took years to recover from, but Sony didn't also have to deal with privacy issues during the height of the Snowden frenzy like Microsoft did. It snowballed tremendously hard onto the Xbone and it deserved it.
